Shirav Concert in Jerusalem!

We applaud AJR ordinee Rabbi David Paskin (’02) who is appearing in concert with Rabbi Menachem Creditor as the musical duo ‘Shirav’ – in Jerusalem, on Wednesday, January 24, 2007, 7:30 p.m., at Beit Knesset Moreshet Yisrael, Rehov Agron 4.

Rabbi Paskin has been actively involved in teaching and sharing his creativity at AJR. Rabbi Creditor is a good friend of AJR, as well, and is on the AJR Jubilee Dinner Committee. (For more information about the Dinner, please click here)

For over a decade, Shirav has been making music and sharing their love of Torah with audiences around the country and abroad. As a duo, Rabbi Menachem Creditor of Temple Israel in Sharon, Massachusetts and Rabbi David Paskin, of Temple Beth Abraham in Canton, Massachusetts have been called the Simon and Garfunkle of Jewish contemporary music.

Shirav as been honored to share the stage with such greats as Debbie Friedman, Craig Taubman, Doug Cotler, Kol B’Seder, Julie Silver, Rick Recht, Yom Hadash, David Broza and Peri Smilow.
