AJR Alum to Visit Cuba
Hazzan Sunny Schnitzer (AJR `97), Spirtual Leader of Bethesda Jewish Congregation, will be leading his community on their fourth visit to the Jewish community in Cuba. Working with a foundation, Hazzan Schnitzer is working on a plan to develop a core of teachers and others to aid those communities in promoting Jewish life and culture. He will use the visit to assess needs and consult with community leaders to ascertain how best to serve them.
