AJR Offers Course on Pluralistic Judaism

AJR is offering a 3-session course called “Pluralistic Judaism: What is It?” The sessions are planned for April 29, May 6 and May 13. The course will be give n at AJR for members of Congregation Tehillah, the unaffiliated congregation in Riverdale. AJR student, Linda Shriner-Cahn is Tehillah’s spiritual leader.

The course will explore new approaches to Jewish practice from a pluralistic perspective. It will examine practices, philosophies and problems attendant to such an approach. AJR Rosh Ha-Yeshivah, Rabbi David Greenstein, will be guiding the sessions.
