AJR at Limmud NY
This year’s Limmud NY, January 15-17, included participation by AJR Rabbi-in-Residence, Rabbi Jeff Hoffman and Dean of Students, Sandy Kilstein. Rabbi Hoffman taught two sessions on Shabbat morning prayers, and Sandy headed the AJR information table on Sunday. Limmud NY is a gathering of hundreds of rabbis, cantors, educators and otherwise interested Jews in a long weekend of study and celebration of Judaism across denominational lines. The pluralistic approach of the AJR fits in perfectly with the spirit of Limmud, and we hope our participation enhances Limmud as well as publicizes the work of AJR.
