Weaving together the strands of Judaism.
Our vision at the Academy for Jewish Religion of learning and living in a pluralistic M’qom Torah is reflected in our faculty who represent the full spectrum of the modern Jewish world. The diversity among our faculty and our students leads to an enriching environment in which all questions are acceptable, all struggles are valued, and all ideas are respected. The growth that occurs, both individual and communal, as a result of the constant grappling with new and different ideas, makes the Academy a living laboratory in which students and teachers alike study together, flourish together, and work together to foster a diverse, pluralistic, and open-minded Jewish community.
