95%: prior to 1st day of class
80% within 2 weeks of 1st day of class
60% within 4 weeks of 1st day of class
No refund will be made after the 1st 4 wks of classes
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR STUDENTS IN AJR MASTERS TRACK
Until AJR receives a copy of a paid receipt for qualified courses taken at Gratz, students will be billed by AJR as if no Gratz courses are being taken for the semester. Once we receive a copy of a paid invoice, a credit to the student’s bill will be processed. For purposes of this payment deadline, all balances except the pending credit must be paid in full. A copy of a paid receipt must be presented by the first day of classes each semester in order to be qualified for a tuition discount from AJR.
