Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the Religious Ministries programs in accordance with high quality professional chaplaincy practice and in accordance with the mission, goals and objectives of Yale-New Haven Hospital. Execute the chaplaincy programs to insure maximum benefits to the patients/families and staff of the hospital by well-defined delegation of responsibilities in general areas and in specific assignments. Respnsible for the overall direction, leadership, coordination, collaboration and evaluation of activities in direct clinical services and accredited educational programs.
