Rabbi
We are looking for a Rabbi whose strength and passion is community building. We want to re-engage our current and past membership, and inspire and engage future membership. Our future rabbi will be a partner with our current leadership in building connections and relationships within and outside of our synagogue. We are counting on our new rabbi to inspire and reinvigorate leaders, assist with creating meaningful educational and social programming, and be well versed in ritual and spiritual Judaism. We see the top responsibility of the rabbi as inspiring the current and future generations of Beth Shalom’s lay leadership. Like many other synagogues, ours has been challenged by shifting priorities, post-covid realities, and rising expenses.
