B’nai Torah MetroWest is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Rabbi (flexible hours) who will guide our community as its spiritual leader and infuse our Congregation with a forward vision, enthusiasm, warmth, and compassion. The successful applicant will engage with existing members, actively attract new families in the Metrowest area, and serve a key role in sustaining our pluralistic Jewish community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience leading services, officiating at life-cycle events, providing pastoral care, working with volunteers, and be adept at fostering Jewish spirituality through music, education, and prayer.  B’nai Torah MetroWest (“BTM”) is a small Reform community in Wayland, MA, a western suburb of Boston.
