B’nai Mitzvah Tutor  

Bnai Keshet seeks a b’nai mitzvah small group tutor who will work in our on-site program Monday evenings 5:30-8pm, September through the end of June (with occasional opportunities for additional hours on other days and through the summer). We seek an enthusiastic teacher who connects well to middle schoolers, has exceptional prayer Hebrew and synagogue skills, and familiarity with Torah and haftarah trope. Bnai Keshet is a vibrant, dynamic, and friendly Reconstructionist congregation in suburban NJ, easily accessible by major highways and midtown direct train service to Manhattan. We love to hire college students, grad students, rabbinic and cantorial students, public and private school teachers looking for additional work, and long time Jewish educators.
