B’nai Mitzvah Tutors

Stephen Wise Free Synagogue (NY, NY) is seeking b’nai mitzvah tutors who are reliable, responsible, committed to helping their students, and capable of working with children with various needs. Prior experience tutoring b’nai mitzvah is STRONGLY preferred but not required. Tutors should be comfortable using Zoom, Google Docs, and other forms of technology. Tutors do NOT need to do scheduling with their students or work on the d’var Torah. We are looking for B’nai Mitzvah tutors who are available on some or all of the following hours: Sundays @ 9am-2pm, Mondays @ 3:30pm-7pm, Tuesdays @ 3:30pm-7pm, Wednesdays @ 3:30pm-7pm & Thursdays @ 3:30-7pm. *We will need both in person and virtual teachers for these days. Please note that salary is determined by the number of hours and weeks you teach. We will pay regardless of the number of students who actually show up during your assigned times. Tutors are paid in the range of $50-65/hour depending upon experience.
