Katz Hillel Day School of Boca Raton is looking for our next Head of School to start July 1, 2025. Katz Hillel Day School of Boca Raton is a Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School whose “mission is an ongoing commitment to excellence in providing each student with a synthesis of Jewish and general studies and striving for excellence in all areas.”  We are proud to have grown to over 700 students from two years old through eighth grade with an outstanding faculty, strong administrative team, committed donors, and a new generation of board leadership. We will expand into a brand new building in January 2025. About our next Head of School: You are a role model who approaches leadership decision making from the lens of Torah and halacha while honoring the diversity of our community, You are an experienced educational leader who has stewarded a Jewish day school successfully, You are a consummate professional who represents the school with polish regionally and nationally & You are a positive, engaged community member who calls teachers and students by name, helping each community member feel known and valued. We will ask you to: Provide executive leadership, mentoring an exceptional team to even greater heights, unifying a large organization, and helping to develop the administration to serve our expanded student body. Create clarity. In all matters, communicate with the right stakeholders for every decision-making process, act decisively, and ensure that follow-up is well-defined, consistent, completed, and widely communicated to increase understanding and morale & “Raise the bar.” Continually improve the student experience and professional mentorship for staff, advancing the mission of the school.
