Evan Goldman is delighted to be part of the AJR community, where she serves as Assistant to the CEO and Academic Dean and as AJR Projects Administrator. Her professional background spans education, administration, marketing, technology, and community engagement, and she has always been drawn to work that centers on helping people, building relationships, and creating supportive and inclusive environments.

Evan holds dual master’s degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University, in Early Childhood Education and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education, as well as a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland. She also completed Columbia University’s Full Stack Web Development program, the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, and CompTIA A+ coursework in IT support and troubleshooting, reflecting her longstanding interest in technology, accessibility, and finding practical ways to make systems work better for people.

At AJR, Evan is excited to support students, faculty, and the broader community while helping develop programs and initiatives that contribute to student wellness, connection, and the overall AJR experience. She is especially grateful to be working in a community that values learning, thoughtfulness, inclusion, and meaningful connection.
