Religious School Teachers
Interested in teaching but want your weekends free?!?! Temple Israel in New Rochelle is hiring part-time religious school teachers for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. We are a dynamic program that looks to engage children through camp-style and interactive programming. You would have the opportunity to help shape the curriculum and bring your personality and vision into the experience. Offering positions starting at $5,200 (1 day) up to $9,750 (2 days). We are looking for great people who love children and feel a deep connection to Judaism. We have teaching opportunities for Tuesday from 3:30-6:00pm (K-6th grade) and/or Thursday from 3:30-6:00pm (3rd-6th grade). Basic Hebrew reading skills are needed for 1st-6th grade.
