We are seeking a Teen Advisor: 20 hours per month (roughly 5 hours per week). Hybrid set-up, but must conduct board meetings, events, and some 1:1 meetings in-person. As Teen High Holiday Services leader, you will lead Teen services on both days of Rosh Hashanah, during Kol Nidre, and on Yom Kippur morning. Our Teen Services are around 1 hour 45 minutes long, and include a mixture of prayers/services, discussions, activities, and a whole lot of candy. While the Teen Services Leader will facilitate the programming, our Teens take active roles in leading/running the service and are eager participants in discussions and activities. As Teen Shabbat Service leader, you will lead Teen services approximately once per month, from September-May. Our Teen Services are around 2 hours long, and include a mixture of prayers/services (including Torah reading), as well as discussion/activities. While the Teen Services Leader will facilitate the programming, our Teens take active roles in leading/running the service and are eager participants in discussions and activities.
