Music Educator in Residence
Congregation Beth Shalom, located in Northbrook, is dedicated to promoting family and community through Limud (study), Tefillah (prayer), and Tzedakah (acts of justice and loving kindness). Our synagogue is looking to hire a Music Educator-In-Residence who is passionate about Judaism, music and Jewish education. Successful candidates will seek to foster a love of life-long learning by engaging students through music. The Music Educator will work in tangent with the Clergy and Director of Education and is twofold. First, the Music Educator will teach in the Religious School Sunday mornings when school is in session from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. assisting in leading tefillah and visiting individual classes.
