Assistant Dean for Learning and Instruction
The Assistant Dean for Learning and Instruction assumes a leadership role at Ida Crown Jewish Academy, driving our students’ academic advancement and our faculty’s professional growth. The role is multifaceted and involves overseeing General and Jewish studies departments, curriculum development, scheduling, and various administrative duties to ensure a cohesive educational environment. As a pivotal member of our administrative leadership team, the Assistant Dean for Learning and Instruction reports directly to the Dean. The Assistant Dean for Learning and Instruction must have the talents and skills to advance our team’s collective efficiency. The person must possess content knowledge, strong communication and collaborative skills, a shared vision, and a love for students and teaching.
