Lehrhaus is an award-winning non-profit Jewish tavern and house of learning. Our mission is to make Jewish life more joyful and meaningful through excellent hospitality and Jewish education. We create vibrant Jewish public spaces of excellence where the beauty and depth of Jewish learning are accessible to all. We aim to craft a pride-filled vision of Jewish life that is integrated into every element of design, making it an object of desire. We are seeking a motivated, talented, and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Director of our Washington, DC location. This role will be the face of Lehrhaus DC, responsible for launching and managing the new location. Pre-opening, key areas of focus include design, hiring, licensure, and educational partnerships. Post-opening, the Director will continue to represent Lehrhaus DC, leading Jewish education, fundraising, and community-building efforts.
