Manager of Teen Engagement (ElevatEd)
The Manager of Teen Engagement at Temple Sinai is responsible for planning and implementing various formal and informal Jewish educational experiences for our teen community. These responsibilities include our Jewsday (Tuesday) Night teen programming, our Teen Leadership Council and our Sinai Temple Youth Group (SiTY). This position works in partnership with the Associate Rabbi. The Manager of Teen Engagement will collaborate with senior staff, lay leaders and youth leadership (Teen Leadership Council – TLC) to develop and implement Temple Sinai’s teen programming vision (below), exploring and piloting new ideas while working to improve current teen programming.
