Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Director of Leadership Initiatives for our upcoming summer season. Position Overview: As the Director of Leadership Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of our camp. This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant camp community and lead the charge in empowering our rising 12th-grade counselors through targeted leadership training, constructive feedback, and personalized mentorship. Your impact will extend beyond this cohort as you will contribute to the staff training week and continue to foster staff’s growth throughout the summer. Areas of Responsibility: Leadership Development, Supervision and Mentorship, Feedback and Evaluation & Staff Training Week, Continued Staff Training, Camp Community Engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (education, leadership, etc.), Proven experience in leadership development, training, or a related field, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to inspire and motivate others & Experience working with young adults and/or in a camp setting is a plus. Seasonal Salary: $3,500.00-$5,500.00.
