High Holiday Kol Bo

Nearly a century old, the Sons of Jacob Congregation in Belleville, Ontario, is a diverse, forward thinking, small, but growing Egalitarian Conservative congregation, increasingly drawing people from the surrounding areas, including Trenton and Prince Edward County, which have seen an increase in the number of families and individuals moving from Toronto and elsewhere in recent years. Currently experiencing something of a revival, we are looking for someone-either clergy or a layperson-who might be able to lead services here for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur-this would be a “kol bo” position. Located in Belleville, Ontario, we are two hours from Toronto, an hour from Kingston, an hour and 20 minutes from the Ivy Lea Bridge and 3 hours 45 minutes from the border crossing to Buffalo. We are also close to the vibrant and scenic regions of Prince Edward County and the Northumberland Hills.
