High Holidays Religious Leader

Small, egalitarian, friendly, Conservative synagogue in Eastern Long Island is looking for is a religious leader to conduct High Holiday services and act as a Kol Bo – to Lead all parts of the services. Duties to include delivering all sermons and divrei Torah, chants Torah and Haftarah, and possibly blows Shofar for the following services: Rosh Hashanah: Erev Rosh Hashanah, RH Day 1 morning service and Tashlich, RH Day 2 Morning service, Sunday between holiday – short Kever Avot (cemetery service), Yom Kippur: Erev – Kol Nidre, Morning service including Yizkor & Mincha – Ma’ariv include Havdalah and then after the short break,  resume for Neilah to conclusion and break fast after. lead a short service at the cemetery here in town  on the Sunday morning between holidays.  Depending on the candidate’s location, the cemetery service may be something we can possibly do ourselves.
