Caron Treatment Centers is looking for a Spiritual Care Leader to guide and enhance our spiritual programs in Pennsylvania and Florida. This role involves overseeing spiritual care standards, training and clinical initiatives while providing direct spiritual care and leading meaningful group services. You will support diversity in spiritual practices and cultural needs, manage Chapel services and coordinate music programming and retreats. Areas of Responsibility: Constituent of Corporate Leadership representing Spiritual Care, Spiritual Care Services & Chapel Presiding and Regional Oversight of Analogous Offerings. Requirements: Ordained clergy in good standing with respective denomination, Seminary trained – M.Div. or equivalent, One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent therapeutic/recovery experience & Willingness to commit to a continuing educational/professional growth program. Knowledge: Knowledge of behavioral health industry and specifically addiction and recovery, Knowledge of and inclusive approach to all major organized religions & Knowledge of and inclusive approach to a variety of spiritual practices.
