Dr. Job Jindo
Biography:
Dr. Job Jindo serves as AJR’s Director of Master’s Degree Projects. He brings together broad expertise in ancient and modern languages with deep familiarity with diverse cultural settings. His research ranges from biblical literature and the ancient Near East to the religious traditions of East Asia, particularly Buddhism. His work also engages Jewish biblical interpretation, the reading of the New Testament within its Jewish milieu, and meditation practices from a cross-cultural perspective. Alongside his scholarly work, he is a longtime meditation practitioner, integrating experiential insight into his study and teaching. He is committed to fostering interreligious and intercultural dialogue as a path toward deeper human understanding.
